The property is situated in the high side of the rural nucleus of Fieiro, in the parish of Miñortos, in the Council of Porto do Son (A Coruña).

Its main access is the C-550 regional road (click here for a detailed map), with 2 different entrances going across Fieiro's nucleus. It is 5 km (3,1 miles) away from Noia, and 2,5 km (1,55 miles) away from Portosín.

The house is 600 meters (0,37 miles) away from the beach "Playa Grande de Boa", and at less of 2 km (1,24 miles) from Portosin's Nautical Club.

In the surroundings of the house there are several trekking routes that lead to the Mirador del Monte Enxa (natural viewpoint) and San Lois forest, with beautiful paths and astonishing views to the estuary.
